Looks exactly the same as it was in 1972 - grey, cold, windy and somewhat depressing when I was living in College Road. I preferred to get out over Bangor mountain, or cycle over to Anglesey. Any beer on Sundays yet ?
HaHaHa - yes the pubs have been open Sundays for decades now. Great place to be - surrounded by beautiful countryside, the sea, easy travel to Chester/Liverpool/Manchester/Dublin.
So sad to see the Bangor High Street is not as vibrant as when I studied there in the late 80s-early 90s....so many shops closed n not many people around ...😬
