I just ordered the Vesafes! Got a nail in my tire and it was down to 32 PSI in the rear before the Ocean's TPMS system warned me. Better than nothing, but not by much, haha.
Hey Matthew - I just installed the Vesafe - FYI - for the plastic covers that you place first you are supposed to put them on inside out and then cover the sensors 🙂. Thanks for the video and recommendation!
Yes, the Vesafe has been working very well. Over the last several months, I have only had to charge it up a couple times. No loss in air pressure due to the sensors.
I don’t know how proprietary that communication is. Note the two systems were not able to work with the other’s sensors. As far as Fisker goes, I doubt we will see support for this considering the current situation.
Unless you rotate your tires at home would you replace the tire sensors with the standard valve stem caps when taking your car to the tire store to rotate your tires? Good find on products that show tpms since I like to know what my pressure is also.
Good question. Since I do rotations myself, I didn’t think of that. Maybe talk to the tire shop before they work on it. Worst case is to take them off and move them yourself after rotation.

Thanks, it wasn't clear in the manual.
Hey Matt, just checking in to see if you are happy with the Vesafe. I’m thinking about picking up this product.

Great vid! Do you think a possible... future OTA could in theory receive the BT signal from each valve unit and have it displayed in the main console?

Any issues with mounting the Vesafe on the wheel and its ability to charge via solar?
I’ll be tracking to see. So far with the top of dash location for two weeks the battery is still full.
@@MTNRanger Sounds like a win. Thanks!
Putting the Vesafe on the steering column looks great, but it wouldn’t be in the sun - so then use USB cable?
I think it is getting enough sun. I’m still on a full battery after two weeks now.
@@MTNRanger Thanks Matt.
Can I ask what brand your tire inflater is?
