Hey Don, just found your videos and noticed your sport bar, or roll bar, or whatever you call it over the bed of your truck is mounted into the t-rail channels in your tonneau cover. I’ve been looking at the GoRhino Sport Bar 2.0 because the whatever lights you put on are retractable, which I need for driving into parking garages, etc. but the GoRhino one doesn’t have t-rail channel mounting options. Let me know what you’re running, please! Thanks!
The GMC illuminated logo is around $650 now because the original logo malfunctioned and a whole bunch of them were sent back on warranty. They had to completely redesign it so it would not burn out because of weather.
L E D on line. Will have the better deal on the tailgate bar. Sequencing lights for turning . LED bulbs for the reverse lights will 0:15 give you all the light you’ll ever want. 3 years ago the light bar was $64.00 !! Still works fine.
I have the same dash cam but I can’t get it to stay up on my windshield. How long did you let the base sit up there before you started leaving the camera up? In the Texas heat the 3m tape starts to soften and the camera droops. I didn’t let it sit prior to attaching the camera though.
Hey Don, not to get off topic but have you gotten the recall for the tailgate switches? I have but was told by the dealer that there is a recall for the recall. My inner tailgate hasn’t worked since January. I was thinking of just ordering a switch and waterproofing it myself
I have the Firestones on mine and haven't had an issue in the 15 or so months they've been on. (Airide doesn't make a mounting plate for the Denali apparently.) 100% agree with you about the bags, though. It feels so much better towing with them.
Hint hint huh?🤔 I wonder if it has anything to do the new Linkswell comin out 4th Quarter of this year🫢. I sure hope so ive only been badgering them for a couple years for my 6.2 20’ Denali!
I picked up the Freedom Blade after your video on it. Only real negative I have about it is that they eventually sent me a relay kit since my 2023 Sierra Denali (1500) did NOT like having a fuse tapped (the one they told me to) to power it. Even when using a better fuse tap item, it still gave issues. Either the engine stop/start wouldn't work, or the 'check engine' light would come on. I eventually ran a wire to the passenger side fuse panel and tapped into the ONE switched fuse located there. Seems like the refreshed (current generation) trucks have less provisions for us to add mods to them. Which really sucks. I also had to get the Gen5DIY kit to tap into the power from the rear view mirror to power my dash cam setup. Again, due to the lack of switched fuses inside the truck cab. Luckily, I don't have a real need to have the dash cam running when not driving. Hopefully, I'll never need that (I tend to NOT travel where it could be needed).
Nice wheels! I have a ‘23 Sierra Pro, pretty sure I’m gonna go bankrupt after watching your videos!
Glad you like them!

I have received the recall. No issues at the moment, but I haven’t taken it in either
