They knew about him as a "suspicious person" 26 minutes before but "lost sight of him". All former Secret Service and security experts say, protocol is you don't go on stage until you find suspicious person. Also the slope of the roof excuse as why no officers in roof is by SS leader is ludicrous. Even if credible, you put up something yo obscure a direct line of sight from that roof. ... Complete, unnecessary failure!
