- In this video, I cut a boat in half. We were just doing a new build video, and then this happened. The client was really pissed in the end but we made sure he paid us... real nice.... We're off to buy a new Whaler now - consider subscribing, we're gonna keep the next one real nice. ;)

There’s a place in my home town that they put water logged boat hills into a giant oven and drill several small holes in the hull and they extract the moisture out with heat. Heard it’s amazing and they took a 13 whaler that was a million times worse then this one and made her like new . Thank god my whaler isn’t waterlogged
That’s very cool! The way I’ve drained boats is just by drilling small holes in the transom, tilting the boat up, and letting it sit for 6 months in a heated garage! But that’s a way better idea. Thanks for sharing! :)

how many people would like to have that boat to restore, and you destroy it.
I’m sure many would’ve liked it if it had been in restorable shape. But it really wasn’t lol the boat was beyond repairable, there was serious water logging, as well as a very large gouge in the underside. At some point, you have to ask yourself “is it actually worth fixing?” The answer for this boat is no. I implore you to watch the video to the end and have a look at the interior foam, as well as the hull itself. Also, and most importantly, I had a heck of a fun time chopping this boat! Cheers
@@WhalerNation who cares if it's waterlogged... the gouge could easily be patched. Many people would love this boat to restore or to use as is, and you talk about "daddy money" when you destroy a boat you could have easily sold for some money and made someone happy.
