Nice boat btw. I see those invader hulls from time to time , but never think about the potential. I own a 1966 13 whaler and I’m in love with my boat . I have owned her for 21 years now.
With your water pump pumping that low I’d suggest replacing the water pump. I replaced mine a while back and thought I fixed the issue , but somehow there was a bunch of sand in the water pickup tube. When you remove the lower unit , spray up the tube on full blast and it will remove any clogs. Now my motor is pissin like a race horse lol
@@toppriorityfishing I would still remove the lower and spray the water tube with water straight up. It may improve the flow. I also replaced the hose with a 3/8 diameter fuel hose and the water flows perfect

@@Whalermansteve84 you’re right better safe than sorry
Awesome work!. I noticed you have epoxy floors. Did you do that yourself? And how does it holds up to the outside elements?
Actually holds up nice actually doesn’t scratch easily, the boat already had that flooring when I bought it. I’m gonna throw seaDek over it though!
How many miles would you feel comfortable taking this out?
Taking it to Catalina soon which is 30 miles offshore
Sounds like a good time!
Looks good but why use wood instead of coosa boards there lighter and can’t rot
Cheaper and easier to work with, all wood got coated with resin and layered with fiberglass
Good point tho!
