De rien, je suis tres content de vous aider. You're welcome, I'm very happy to help.
Thanks! Same method can be used on the 506-1, but there is a silver ring covering the holder.
This was super useful. Thank you.
Great tutorial, thanks a lot!
Very helpful. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Super helpful video. Thank you!!
You're welcome!
Hi, thank you for your videos, I have followed everything.
I seem to have an issue with my Dual 505-2, now that everything is playing I realised the tone arm went too far, the needle almost touched the label but the stopping mechanism did not activate so the platter keeps spinning at the end. Any suggestions or ideas of what I should do? Thank you
Hi David, some turntables have an adjuster underneath the arm but not the CS505, unfortunately. It may be that the auto-stop mechanism has been pushed and bent in the past - it would only take a small deformation to throw it out of calibration. You can send it to us for repair or if you want to investigate it further yourself, lift the sub-chassis and check out the long alloy shaft which pushes from the base of the arm towards a copper shunt device which then engages with the centre spindle and triggers the auto-stop. Good luck.
@@gbaudio1212 Hi, I have figured it out last night, in my case it was the excenter S screw that needed a little adjustment to make the auto-stop work earlier.
I did a little video explaining so that others can also fix it ua-cam.com/video/zPW1Xd3dMfk/v-deo.html
Very clear thankyou

hi, i have the same turntable but my tonearm doesn't lift at the end of the record, have you any idea what cause's it, and if it can be solved?
ty very much
First, check the arm lifter pillar. It's situated a bit left of the flat plate in front of the tonearm bearings (pivot points). The pillar is threaded so that it can be turned by hand to adjust the height of the lift. If that's not the problem, it may be a sticky or broken part of the mechanical linkage under the sub-chassis which kicks in when the tonearm reaches the end of a record. Good luck.
Where can i buy the belts?

Does any one know how to do this on a TT2000 ?
Sorry, we don't have any specifications for that model.
