If they run 4 lines it means spreading out the top 4. So no record breaking years as team defence improves. This has to happen for any playoff success.
If Marner has a hundred plus point season, he will not be signing with the Leafs. He will go to free agency and will get 7 years for 98+ with someone else, probably NYR.
