    Before this video, I only jumped -7 inches, now I jump -70 inches. You are a legend man.

    I know that these are meant to be done for 2-3 times a week for a month, but I did it 4 times in three weeks and my jump improved two inches! I know it doesn’t seem like a lot but I can reach over the volleyball net now to block. I’m going to try to get back into it and stay consistent

    yo are calf raises useful since i been doing pylos for a while and my neighbors HATE me, every 2 days they be hearing pounding for 30 minutes from above so I tried doing as less jumping possible with the most results.
    I do wall sits 3x60 seconds
    seated vertical jumps 4×8 or split squat jumps 4×12
    calf raises 3 sets till failure
    squats 5×10
    Btw imma put my progress here
    2022 (november) - 15 inch vert
    2023 (november) - 28 inch running vert

    can i ask a question do i need to do it 3 times a day?and this 3x8 does it means 3 sets 8 reps?i did all of it and i have questioning lot if do i need do it again in the same day?

      ​@@F_a0try using a resistance band and do some clams/hip extension and single jumps. Then go cycle a mountain bike at the highest gear around for about 20 mins. 😅 My legs would feel like feathers and I could jump high but yeah
