    I'm in 7th grade, and my rim is 9'5 ft tall, i wanna dunk on it, my jump vertical is around 19 inch- 20 inch, what can i do to increase it in weeks

    Great video. One question though. For the reactive linear jumps, why not just turn around to do the next sequence in the opposite direction rather than walk back to other end?

      Just for rep purposes, if I was doing 10 then I’d loop back the same way. But for rest purposes, I just re start from the top. Either way is fine tho!

      Yes, better recovery for your body! Therefore better results! 2-3 days a week is good for training
