Yoga With Tim I did this video again to remember what I was thinking about for movement series- you talk about the lats and external rotators to strengthen the back. I know we worked on this a lot during the 30d challenge, but maybe a little tutorial on this area? Thanks
First class since i cracked my rib.. So good.. I actually nailed the balancing pose that i normally struggle with. I think focusing on keeping the back engaged helped with this.. Awesome as always you two! x
Wow! I have watched Stacey’s body transform right before my eyes doing these videos! Staceys body is beautiful. Does she do any other form of workout other than Yoga? I want her legs!!!!
Tim, I'm having trouble getting into happy baby. I can do it if my butt is way off the mat, but if I try to keep my butt down, I can barely get my feet off the ground. Would it be better to start with the butt up and stretch down, or feet down and stretch them up... or is there a better in-between pose I should be doing to help me. Feels like it's a tight-hips issue. Thank you!!
Tim, I have been using yoga blocks (on your suggestion) for a few years now. They are great for my triangle and other twisting positions. I always find myself , for example, breaking out of Warrior 2, to set up my block. It always feels choppy. Not smooth. Wondering if you have any suggestions. Not ever really addressed. I know pretty specific question

Amazing how using a block has transformed my extended side angle pose. I get it now and feel the stretch. Thank you for your videos.
