I think I'm more in the Cranberry camp where I take a lot of challenges with low risk additions, but adding 23+ hp to a double caw fight was ambitious.
Once again Cantrips crack. Just another lesson that 1 really good cantrip side can sink you on a bad roll. Also, that challenge was really hard considering the risk involved. If it was just say a boar for the k.focus piece (IE, one tier 2 instead of 3 of them) then it would probably be fine even on a low roll. Hindsight is 20/20, but I swear the challenges are usually just loss bait, and they very rarely ever give you something to win a run that you wouldn't have won already. I just avoid them completely on my playthroughs, but hey my streak is only like 25 so grain of salt lol.
idk what to make of this but whenever i open this game i always think to myself "sliccus & diccus" like that one monty python bit and idk its funny but not suited for youtube i think
The scariness of Inevitable is directly proportional to how much your team uses the regen keyword. Prophet and Doctor can make Inevitable look silly. Took Tower^17 curse last run and picked all the regen I could find. Walked into The Hand with 60+ health. Now that’s scary. Inevitable would have been a pushover. (As it was, The Hand also turned out to be a pushover because I had Sorcerer. He died on turn 3.)
Spoilers ahead I also lost my 22 streak on Christmas eve in the same way, because of accepting a bad challenge for a k.pair item. In my case it was a priestess who fumbled like 6 rolls in a row. So yeah, Happy Holidays to the both of us
has sorcerer fallen off now that the hand is not the big scary guy anymore? since his shtick was that he crushes the hand? 🤔 also now that peanut is the scary guy, would that make shaman/prophet better now?
we hate to see greed get punished
the siren song of k.focus
(vid spoilers below)
o7, was like 90% sure you were gonna crack 100
I think I take these harder than you do.... still watching for 100. Happy holidays man!
I wouldnt mind seeing a return of the voyix that talked through each fight first, and it might help pull the win rate up 1 percent or so to 100.
Merry Christmas is dead, Mr streemer said Happy Holidays
santa non-believer behavior
Huge missplay
All I will say is that this was definitely a Christmas Miracle.
(For the enemies)
For those just below at the leaderboard
Totally agree with you that you could absolutely go forever if cool whimsy didn't exist

Yeah like there was a challenge recently that was 1 slimmer for a bone charm. I think those are worth taking
Alternate title
Slice and Dice 3: The Vengeance of the Caws
I would love to say that bringing the slice to this time slot has been great for me personally.

Sorcerer was real grinchy with it.

I swear sometimes it feels like the game specifically makes dice manipulate in such a way that you can't win. FeelsBadMan
Sorcerer was on vacation this run
holy shit, it’s kendrick focus!
Ggs
9:13 Magrat? More like… Megarat!
more like Badrat amirite
29:23 if you took away the 1 armor with Spellblade, would Brute's focus engage side do 8 damage to that target?

5:15 mr slicer is what on alloy? 🤨
I was wondering why you didn't put ink bottle on Sorcerer. It was banking on Sorcerer getting that one 4 mana side which seemed super risky T_T
gg
Could you take the challenge but not greed the Sorcerer pick?
Would've been better vs caws, definitely the right choice, +sparky would crush the gnolls

Happy Holidays? I guess Voiyx is Cranberry's liberal friend now.
My conclusion: basic became unplayable, and you should only play green comps. From now on for optimal play 😶
