I’m having trouble reconciling WHY God allowed me to get attacked in broad daylight on a walking trail. I’ve been told to be grateful I fought the attacker off & made it out alive but it was traumatic & it makes me angry whenever I think about it. Sometimes the thought of death seems more peaceful than having to be alive.
@@riahs.7578 I held a lot of bitterness and compartmentalized things as well for a long time. It does a couple things (at least to me), made me Sin more (hidden sins to cope), and Not be the person God wanted me to be.
Please pray for me. I went to my psych doctor today. He asked how I was doing with depression and I told him better. I also struggle with anxiety that comes on suddenly with no thoughts. I take a low amount of medication for anxiety. The depression is getting better. Thank you!
Aaron, this video and the one titled “Will God rescue me? How much more can I take?” have been so timely. I’m in a family of non-Christians and I’ve faced the worst trial I’ve had back in November where there was a lot of strife because of my faith. There were many times where I wondered what God was doing, why He put me in this family when I’m more of a coward than a bold witness for Christ. But both of your videos that showed up on my feed during this trial, have been so specific and so encouraging. God knows and He’s shown me that He is the God who sees. These videos are no coincidence for me. Your gentle and tender voice really adds to the encouragement, and I pray that the Lord bless you and keep you. Hi, I was born and raised catholic. at 41 I left religion for a relationship with God. I lived in a very catholic area. I was looked at as a weirdo. I was ok with that when I surrendered. But losing family and friends because of my new found relationship was difficult. Now I'm 65. I was transferred to upstate SC 13 years ago. It's the bible belt. I found a great life here with other born again believers. Being in the bible belt is refreshing compared to what I dealt with where I'm from. My daughter, 47 yrs old, knows the truth but turns her back to it along with her husband. My son, 41 and wife are on fire for the Lord. The majority of family and friends remain in bondage to ritual and confusion in religion. I pray they will surrender religion and walk into relationship. That's all we can do. I haven't always had courage to speak about my relationship with Jesus. I haven't always shared in the best way or asked for the Holy Spirit to give me the words. I've messed up with several people. But the thing is, all we are commanded to do is walk in trust of the Lord. Love people. We're not here to push truth on them. The Holy Spirit reveals truth. We just show love even when they don't perform well. That's how God loves us. You are a leader!!!! Every single sin past, present and future is covered by the precious blood of Jesus. Keep asking Holy Spirit for wisdom and discernment. Walk in His glory and He will lead your family to Him. Peace be with you!!!

A Christian cannot be possessed by the devil. We can however be oppressed. Yes some churches do believe in Deliverance. So do I. Jesus said in my name you shall cast out demons. We can open the door for the enemy thru sin and trauma. Seek out a Church that prays deliverance. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to direct you. Deliverance is for believers. Read the gospels . Keep praying God is FAITHFUL to HIs promises Trust Him. He will never leave you or for sake you

Im on a tiny amount of anti depressant..and go for evening rests...but surrender requires a lot of trust and faith. God has cleaned me up over certain sins through these trials

Is it possible that someone may need deliverance? I feel like i am oppressed! I have pressure and tightness in my head and neck! a heavyness in my body! this thing on left side of head that the anxiety stems from and causes my neck to hurt and causes my head to get very tight! Also i have intrusive thoughts that are from the devil! this is like torture! I have been listening to christains that say us christains can have demons inside of us. does not mean were possessed, we still have jesus but we opened a door to let them in sometime in are life! And i did run from god for 12 years and did alot of things in my life! Im still going to grace fellowship counsling tomorrow morning! just want someones opinion.
It sounds like you may be going through oppression but I don't think a Christian can have demons inside them. The Holy Spirit is strong enough to keep demons out of us. Remember as James tells us to submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you. God Bless you! I heard a pastor David Wilkerson say something like if the devil is bothering you consider it a compliment.
@@danm8336I got delivered from a spirit of rejection having the Holy Spirit in me. Many others who have the Holy Spirit Born again had gotten deliverance. Deliverance is the children’s bread so yes a Christian can have demons.

Sounds like a spirit of infirmity you might need deliverance like the women with an issue of blood 18 years she was bound by this spirit
