  • Another new item I recently purchased folks. Absolutely brilliant for boiling water. Not so good for cooking but it does get the job done. My dumbness shines bright in this clip folks. lol

Buck, I laughed when I saw Lofty in the toad skins, then realised that he was the old bloke in the first shot. Good to hear that he is still around. He was always a positive influence to all at 103.

Grate video buck watching it at 10000 m on my way to Perth. I made one of those quick boil kettles back in high school in 1976 and still have it

A valiant attempt cooking the sausages, I couldn’t imagine Ros doing a coconut curry in the camp oven on the Kelly Kettle.

It looks like the pan you used was to large for the kettle. The pans they show on the website are much smaller. Great vid, keep 'em coming. Cheers.

That was a good laugh mate. Thanks for that. I needed it.
I too stick to the instant coffee at camp and at home but might have to try this rip and drip stuff.

I was googling flights to Cairns last week to see if I could whip over there around Chrissy/New Years but pricing is crazy at the moment!
Might be over your way mid next year though! Definitely take you up on that beer 🍻

Great clip Buck, Great to see your adding things to your Sig's Handbag for camping. The Tassie Glove looks a lot better to use than your Bush hat. Great Kettle as well try using the pot stand on the base with the residual fire. Cheers Pieter

Lovin' that kettle mate! That thing is a little ripper for boiling water! Never seen anything like it. I'm a big fan of my JetBoil... but there is something old fashioned and proper camping about that kind of stove... like an old bushies trick! Great stuff mate! Never knew you were a Mollydooker... great to see another fellow lefty out there the in the wilderness!

Love, love, loved your vlog tonight Buck. I was laughing so hard I thought I would burst my boiler. 🤣
You did such a great job of it all. I think Reg jnr is very clever and for about 4 sausages in a smaller frypan possibly, it would be a stand out.
When I saw your frypan full I thought " oh no Buck, its not a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle". You made my night. ( Week Actually ).
You know we love you ( Tom and I ) and we are laughing with you not at you. Thank you for a great night. ❤️ I want to email you to explain why I loved this so much..

Mate I'm with you and mr bullet all this induction and coffee pod crap. Im an instant man myself. My daughter has a coffee machine that you need a uni degree to operate and the thing cost more than a small car. 😱

Hi Mate, I’ve used my Kelly Kettle loads of times and they are great. You really overloaded the pan with that many snags, you used too big a pan and used a too thick pan. It’s really meant to be a cook system for 1 or 2 people to be honest. So it’s horses for courses and you kinda maxed it out. They are mean for the small size spun metal thin/lightweight type pans. Have a light crack at it! Cheers Dave
