This is from 1951. A plethora of Eugenias wove through Tallulah's life. Eugenia Rawls, shown here, played Tallulah's daughter in "The Little Foxes" and Eugenia Bankhead was Tallulah's sister. There was also a play called "Eugenia" which Tallulah starred in.
