The problem is that you will end up having to buy all the gear, on your business, and work just as hard, because they will give you less time to do the job. You know the score. " Anyone can paint!". They don't like the unskilled earning the same as the skilled trades. 😅
Well done mate, it kind of reminds me of a firm I was at back in the early 80s had a phobia about us using rollers and insisted on us using 7 inch flappers to do the walls and ceilings, some people just cant move on can they?

As a new build house basher of 26 years I’ve got two sprayers myself & can categorically say spraying plots is quicker yes but it looks shit (imo) & no matter what any will tell you, whenever it’s touched up after you most *”definitely”* can see it where it’s been touched up you can see the flashing.

Its the other lads that dont spray mate 😂 but problem is the lads that spray windows ,hinges ,floors ,etc that spoil it

rolling walls went through the same problem, flat brush finish was way to go,,
What they will do in the end is probably just cut the money you get per house, so you have to spray twice as fast,

Spray is the way forward doing it for a year now love it
Look's good loads off paint on wall's.Some Site agents get jelous if trades makeing more money than them.
