I love that the boys were so involved with Kurt shaving his beard. It can be scary for toddlers to see the before and after without understanding what’s going on. But Mally helping likely helped him not be scared.😍

Since nobody asked… Pro tip for perioral dermatitis: put a wash cloth soaked in very strong cooled black tea (organic, not fragranced) on for ten minutes twice daily. This is actually prescribed by german dermatologists, and it really helps! 😊

When I was little my dad had always had a beard and he shave it one day. I was hiding from him and didn’t talk to him for a few days as he looked so different 😅

For the info, the good vibes, everything. Loving a winter pregnancy! It's summer here in the US and I live in the southeast so it's particularly hot and humid. Seeing this weather just made me crave fall lol. So happy to hear that baby boy is doing well! Can't wait to meet him ❤

I just hit 20 weeks too and I felt going into spring that I had no clothes that fit, I was pregnant last time in winter (live in Canada) so I went thrifting twice and got a whole new warbird I struck gold. I also have my ultrasound scan coming up and last pregnancy couldn’t have my husband with me either. So this time is super exciting
SARAH!!! I have always had awful issues with PD flare ups… until I started to use Sulfur ointment morning and night along with sulfur soap in the shower. It was at its worst and went away within a week! Now I can finally maintain it 😅❤

you probably already know this but the blue lips and fingers when cold thing is called Raynaud's phenomenon/disease bascially your blood vessels overreact to the cold stimuli and tighten so you have reduced blood flow in those areas. Nothing serious just a pain! Loved this vlog and that grey lounge set is gorgeous!

Kind of unrelated, but thank you SO much for sharing Malakai's nap struggles the other day on IG stories. We have a 6mo and are currently going through a lot of sleep struggles! Hearing Malakai upset while you made a bottle made me feel SEEN lol. And then the happy dance that he put himself to sleep 🤣🤣🤣 thank you thank you for that vulnerable nugget I didn't know how much I needed it!

Kurt is giving 2018 vibes 😂 I had March baby and October baby too. Loved being pregnant in summer over winter but loved having a newborn in summer over winter ❤
We got pregnant with our first in March 2020. I can relate to feeling alone in that time! They told me at 8 months pregnant I was allowed to have 1 support person in the room with me. I went through that entire pregnancy thinking I would give birth alone too. I had severe HG that pregnancy too and it was so horrible feeling alone like you said. Our baby came on Christmas Day 2020 & I was SO relieved! I'm so excited that you get to have Kurt be apart of this pregnancy more. I know how hard it is. I'm so happy for your family! God Bless.
Highly recommend a good pair of knee high compression socks and sleeves for good circulation! I typically don’t need the sleeves unless it’s winter, but great to have.
Love the lifestyle mum clothing haul !! Especially for the southern hemisphere.

I am pregnant as well and I am a sports coach, I already eat a lot because of my job but now I feel like being pregnant I eat like 3 times more and it’s only the beginning! My first pregnancy I did not do any sports and I gained 20 kilos. Just wondering if you are like me and the hunger is real lol

I got perineal dermatitis in my two pregnancies as well! I started using a 10% azelaic acid cream (I use The Ordinary brand…super affordable), and it almost completely eliminated it! Safe to use during pregnancy!
