Adicione o suco de limão e misture, adicione o creme de leite fresco, misture uniformemente e peneire por uma peneira. 4. Despeje a folha de Teflon na forma e leve ao forno a 220 graus por 17 minutos. 5. Após esfriar completamente à temperatura ambiente, resfrie-o na geladeira por pelo menos 6 horas.

Hello from the US! I just tried your recipe! I had trouble with the temperature on my oven, I had to do around 218C and it was not done like yours in 17mins 😅 I took it out when the top looked like yours, then it collapsed while it was cooling….still tastes good! Thank you for your recipe!
It looks so good and easy to make but the problem is you are a really good baker and I’m just a student so if I wanted to make it I would have to try like 20 times 😂❤❤
You can use any kind of starch, like potato starch, rice flour and maybe all purpose flour. If you use all purpose flour, dont use too much because of the gluten

Holy crap that's a alot. I only use 2 16oz boxes, which is about 1lbs or roughly 452g for a 8-9" cake.

You need to put in the fridge for 6 hours or else it will Collapse.

감자전분으로도 만들 수 있지만 옥수수 전분이 하얗고 입자가 고와서 부드럽고 가벼운 식감을 내주어서 베이킹에는 옥수수 전분을 사용하는 게 좋다고 하더라구요~^^

온도가 20도 정도 낮은 거라 속은 비슷하게 구워지지만 윗면 색만 연할 것 같아요~
