Brad I loved how you opened this. Parker as I’m sure you know is not just a hall of fame player but he’s also a hall of fame person. Travelled to RI for my second regional after bowling well in my first. I’m struggling bad and I saw him hanging around waiting to bowl B squad and he was always my mom’s favorite touring pro. So I grabbed him for a second and explained that hey I’m not getting back in the house I’m bowling so bad but if you sign this for my sponsor I’ve got a chance! He’s the best!!!
I was fortunate enough to get to bowl with Parker Bohn when I was 14 at what was then the Quaker State Open for a Junior Pro am event. It was only one game and I have no idea who the other 2 guys were that I bowled with but looking back it was special moment for me. I remember when they announced his name they called him the cranker.
I was a decent league bowler back in the late 90s and bowled in a few PBA regional events for the heck of it and followed Parker Bohn on his lanes in the first block of 4 games. He was like 160 under, but came roaring back to go like 200 over in the second block to make the money and ended up in the top 5 if I'm not mistaken. I on the other hand was well under and missed the cut by a mile. It was in PA somewhere. I still have my PBS shirt with my name on the back. Haven't worn it in years though, nor have I bowled in years either. I need to get out there again.....
Well, since Parker can't come back with his partner Sam Maccarone to defend his PBA Central 50/60 Open in the Fall since he is now another 60 year old.. I guess he's a little older than you thought. Easy to understand though as he still throws it like a much younger guy. Nicest bowler around.
Not a Facebook subscriber. Never will be.. Any other means to get bowling instructions if I join? I'm a 206 ave bowler (House) so not sure if I need instructions but enjoy your videos. Wouldn't have a problem supporting your UA-cam. Very informing. Just lack knowledge of ball characteristics when choosing the right ball under certain conditions but learning . I Bowl Southpointe every year in the Military Championship but struggle in the Plaza all the time but not the center. I own the Nova (Pin up) and just bought the Absolute (Pin down) which both balls are good.

Is the Sun Storm a door stop or what? I never see anybody use it. I was thinking and have been thinking since the beginning of the tour…I could be way off, but hear me out if you will…Low Dif isn’t working because everyone appears to be combining it with clean covers or urethane. What about strong covers on low dif?? Wouldnt that allow the ball to read the oil better, smoothing out a shot that finishes earlier?! I feel like I’m seeing everybody rip the cover off the ball trying to get a better read on the oil…would a stronger cover essentially take care of that issue? Kudos for getting Osku a cameo appearance💗
Just curious why are you or why isn’t it a good idea to drill a few balls that your already using pin down so you have the same look?? I’m sure this is already answered but I see over reaction so why not just control the reaction by making it sooner
Anything over a score of 200 gets added and under 200 gets subtracted as you go along. Those numbers determine cut-off lines for moving ahead in the tournament until you hit match play. Keeping numbers over enough in the pack is what gets bowlers paid.

Do you guys think a stroker like norm Duke or any of them other fantastic 80's and 90's straight up the back all left of board 15 could compete on today's circuit? Or do you have to be able to play way left if your going to compete today?
Brad, you ever tried changing your slide so your left toe is facing the pins? Most bowlers do this. Belmo gets away with pointing a little right, but you're much more pronounced many times. And some shots you're rolling up on the left edge of the sole. Just seems very inconsistent.
Brad/Kyle you guys need to get some form of electrolytes for this next block of 6/6. Whether it’s those Gatorade gummies, electrolyte beans, or those energy beans. You need to get something around when you have those 2-3 games left. Let me know how that goes, along with some simple carbs as well.
