I don’t get all the negative comments. WTF? This is an absolutely fantastic vessel that deserves to get some attention. This thing is a friggin spaceship. Super stable, ultra safe, and must be incredibly fast. Nice to be 70 miles offshore and be back in Astoria in two hours. Always ahead of the weather. It’s not my cup of tea, but imagine a young couple getting in the yellowfin on this baby! What a life!
I'd take one. That 12kw gen is big. I had one that size on a trailer, had a turbo on it. Used 1/2 gallon per hour, 100 gal tank would last 200 hours. Used more than the 1/2gl/hr in the day...we left the drop door open with ac on full blast. Usually I'd fill the tank on the 4th day just to be safe.
Ok, I’ll put my hand up. If there’s an ice maker to put ice on the fish you catch why not just refrigerate the fish bin? Why have diesel, electric and air con when you could just cover all bases and use a single reverse cycle air conditioner? .8 mpg is hardly economy to brag about, some hull tweaking, weight reduction or engine type should find another .2 mpg surely. Just shoving a microwave on top of the fridge is too much of an afterthought, a combined convection/microwave/air fryer should replace it with a dedicated space and not on the fridge top where it is too high for safe use. I am 4 mins in so perhaps it will get better. The wet head area looks very tacky, all those stringers & battens creating more surfaces to clean, the walls should be flush for a quick wipe down. There’s a nice big screen for the camera but can the camera also do FLIR as I’ve seen on other boats? I see there’s an infrared camera but looks like it only faces forward. No windscreen access to the bow, having to walk around outside during really rough weather is the only option. Just below the windscreen on the passenger side the attachment of the dials looks more like an afterthought, a dedicated housing for those readouts would be an improvement.
I've been searching for a boat like this for a long time-it's a fantastic boat! Congratulations to the creator! I'll be building something similar now, as unfortunately, I couldn't find a sponsor to provide me with such a boat. My plan is to sail from Germany to Spain, live full-time on the boat, fish, and stream everything live on Twitch, UA-cam, and Kick. This is my dream, which I'm now going to make come true by building a boat like this. Again, congratulations to whoever built it!
I have fished in an Alaska and Washington with captains more than 30 years experience with 30 -50 ‘ aluminum boats. Super nice! By the time the rest of the fleet makes it out you already have limits and on the way back before things get nasty.
Thank you for the tour. Brix Marine has unique designs, but equal to Wooldridge, Duckworth, and Kingfisher. An aluminum hull is ideal for the rocky shores of Minnesota's lakes and streams. My checklist, stand up head (wow with a sink), stove, fridge, sink. More rugged utility vs frivolous luxury.
Indusdtrial Chic, I like it! This is a custom boat, built for a specific client. Such is the case with many of Brix Marines’ designs. I recommend reaching out to Charlie directly at the contact information supplied in the description for pricing info. Thank you for watiching!
If i had the money and live next to the ocean, id seriously consider this. Looksnlike a fabulous fishing and cruising machine, comfortable, stable, and ready for anything. Id order one to fish the Gulf coast around Alabama. Fighing the oil rigs, night fishing, , fly bridge for warm weather.
As boat prices fluctuate, we include full contact info for the builder below each video. Our channel is to highlight vessels by walk thrus and entertaining those who wish to see them. Thanks for watching.
Its an amazing overbuilt beast & i for one would gladly sign up for future gratefilled guests ... i didnt read any of the comments being negative however im guessing this dude's presentation being on a chill level 10 might be it ? Meh who cares. Im certain the owners are super stoked. Thats all that matters.
Probably a good boat, but looks rough as guts tbh. What's with all the exposed fasteners, exposed welds etc. Need a wider angle lens too, you don't really get to see much in the shot.
@@yachtlensall joking aside. I love this boat. To me this would be a dream. I live on Vancouver island. As far as I am concerned this would be the perfect boat for where I live.
My buddy has pretty much this same boat, but it's a 2022. Sleeps nine in beds. Two queen births up front, a full below, table folds down into another full and the bench up front on the port side sleeps a teen/child. I've spent a few weeks on his boat this year up in Alaska bear hunting, shrimping, and fishing, and it handles amazingly well. Dingy davit in addition to the crab pot puller. Great boat!
It’s just too big, will get little use, mostly tied to dock, see it constantly from my front window looking onto a moorage facility, past 28 ft these boats just sit there.
I second that. Right off the bat the sales guy said didn't know if other boats had the T transom, then he said Hammer didn't, but then said some Hammers do. WTF?
YachtLens does not choose the advertising content shown on the videos. If we did, we would certainly not choose political ads. UA-cam targets the ad to the viewer based on the their interests, search history, etc. So, sorry, somewhere along the way, you showed some level of interest in Trump. Nevertheless, thanks for watching! I hope, secretly you're really enjoyed the video. 🤔

This is an absolutely incredible boat. Simply perfection.

I couldn't agree more! Thanks for the comment and the positive energy!! This is a fantastic vessel and Charlie knows his product exceptionally well.

@@teeanahera8949 that icemaker is for cocktails. It won't make them fast enough for the livewell.imo.
Its ugly!! It looks like it was styled for a grunge band or by an undertaker!

@yachtlens thank you
Thank you for the tour. Great looking boat. Great mix for a day fishing with buddies and kids, or a weekend on the River.
You bet and thanks!
This boat is a masterpiece for its type.
Indeed! Thanks for watching!!

You are welcome and I totally agree!
In Australia cats are THE most sought after boats!
Thats great to hear!
Just WOW! What a beautiful monster!
Right?! Thanks for watching!!
I love the industrial chic style of the boat.
Price range ballpark would be nice to know.

Yes indeed its a great fishing vessel or pleasure craft! Great thoughts! Thank you!
Kick ass .
We thought so!
It would have been great if someone cared to give potential buyer an idea of the price on this boat as of today or give info about the dealer.
As boat prices fluctuate, we include full contact info for the builder below each video. Our channel is to highlight vessels by walk thrus and entertaining those who wish to see them. Thanks for watching.
Absolutely awesome. I would choose this over a Freeman
You and me both!
Wrng free man bersst
The welds are a cut above what I normally see here in Australia...
We agree! Thanks for watching.
Excellent
Thank you so much 😀
Cool Cat!
Yes she is, thanks for watching.,
NICE!
Thanks!
What about lightning storms and safety?
With the vast number of vessels around the world, this is an interesting question. Not much risk per the stats, thanks for watching.
You Med somebody that could show things, NOT only talk.
To each his own, thanks for watching.
This is nice Love it👍
We agree and thank you for commenting!
How would it go with diesel outboards?
Feel free to contact the manufacturer and ask! Great company! Thanks!
Robots save gas miny
So nice, Fishing for Tuna drinking champain. lol
Yes indeed we agree, thanks!
I'd rather have that boat than my house.
Yes indeed! Thanks for watching.
Nice boat!
We agree!

Yes we sure agree its an outstanding vessel. Thank you for your great comment!
This is the only cat boat I like.
Glad you like her. Thanks for watching.
where do you find pricing
At www.brixmarine.com
Workboat. They didn't show where the minelaying gear is mounted.
Yes indeed she is. The manufacturers link is below the video for questions like this. Thanks for watching.
Not to be confused with Hammercat by Hammer yachts.
We would never want to do that. Thanks for clarifying!
Probably a good boat, but looks rough as guts tbh. What's with all the exposed fasteners, exposed welds etc.
Need a wider angle lens too, you don't really get to see much in the shot.
Thanks for your perspective!
Price ?
www.brixmarine.com has pricing for their vessels, thanks!
Why the big secret?
I likey!
Indeed we sure do! Thank you.
Buy a house, they’ll appreciate. Especially if it’s 1M! Can’t believe somebody would pay that for an oversized aluminum Grumman.
To each his own, thanks for watching.
👍👍👍 Grt. Belgie
Thank you
Amazing boat, the owner must be an awesome guy. My guess is that boat is probably $500k.
I bet it’s $950k
Listed on Craigslist for 1.3 million
About 3 fiddy (but seriously a hell of a lot more than 500k)
Its briliant sat up…. 😅 bugger yachts could learn some…
So glad you appreciate her, thanks for watching.
Dear Santa. I have been a very good man this year……….. …….
Lets hope he reads this and you find that title under your Christmas tree....
@@yachtlensall joking aside. I love this boat. To me this would be a dream. I live on Vancouver island. As far as I am concerned this would be the perfect boat for where I live.
Cats dominate the sea the sea dominates monos
Sounds like a battle of epic proportions! Who will emerge victorious?
Чёткий кораблик 👍 🔥❤️
Thank you for the kind words! 👍😁👌❤️
Nice I guess but a lot of wasted space. On 1 quater berth and only in 1 haul nope not for me
To each his own, we find it to be spectacular. Thanks for watching.

1.000.000 $
And .8 mpg at that
Really?
Yes for this particular make and model that is accurate. Hammer Cats are luxury vessels and thank you for your comment.
Appears accurate for cost. They are outstanding vessels. thank you for your comment.
It’s just too big, will get little use, mostly tied to dock, see it constantly from my front window looking onto a moorage facility, past 28 ft these boats just sit there.
🤔Sounds like you need a smaller boat! The couple who designed this absolutely loves it!
I fell asleep watching this. The person describing the boat sounded bored like he didn't care about it.
@@Gryphyn3 Well at least you stayed awake long enough to write your review! 👍🤗
Say Alu-min-ium
Ok, here goes… ALUMINUM. Thanks for the linguistics lesson, mate and thanks for watching! 😁
That's a real sloppy presentation from the builder....😅
I couldn’t disagree more, I thought it was an excellent presentation! 😀
Thanks for watching though.
I second that. Right off the bat the sales guy said didn't know if other boats had the T transom, then he said Hammer didn't, but then said some Hammers do. WTF?
Probably a nice guy and all but not very knowledgeable about his product.
Interior colors are depressing.
Thanks for your feedback. Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder. What colors do you think would brighten up the space?
It’s a fishing vessel, not a yacht

You're kinda clueless how targeted ads work, eh?
A little TDS
A dislike because of an ad that wasn't part of this video? Typical looser action. Great video, great boat!
Very nice
Yes it sure is! Thanks!
No vitals mentioned at all...we only got the furniture
🤔 Hey, thanks for the comment! I'll keep it in mind for the future videos.
