Thanks for the feedback! I try to cover all the questions I would have when shopping these bags online so I'm glad it's helpful. Honestly, I'd have no problem carrying the Ghost bag for an entire round if my course were a bit flatter. It really doesn't feel that heavy and the X strap system is just so easy. For Par 3s and quick 9s, I'm looking forward to testing out the Sunday Loma. You can only carry 7 clubs in it, which I think can help us golfers get creative over the course of 9 to 18 holes. Great idea. I love the comfort of spikeless, but walking my course in the morning dew (especially with all the hills) can be a challenge with those smooth bottoms! Any particular brands you'd be interested in seeing?
My buddy has a Vessel he uses with his pull cart and loves it. But for everyday carry, I am currently using the Jones Trouper. Way lighter, but the dual strap takes some adjustment. My favorite feature of the Ghost Anyday was the X strap, so I just picked up the Sunday Ryder and am going to be field testing that next!

My own golf bag’s ripped through length of use (a double hand-me-down lol) and I’m looking to replace it with a hybrid bag as I tend to use a trolley when playing a round of 18 but sometimes carry when I’m either going to the range or just playing 9. Obviously this looks like an unbelievable bag, but I probably couldn’t spend this much on one. Are there any cheaper, but similarly kitted out bags that you’re aware of that might suit? Hey Craig! There is one similar but cheaper alternative to this Ghost Anyday 5.0 bag that I'm aware of, it's the Player Preferred Bag from Pins & Aces. They are so similar to the Ghost you might think they're made by the same manufacturer (and they might actually be!). The Pins & Aces version still isn't cheap, retailing for $279.95. If you're looking for something even less expensive, I'm about to review a highly rated, ultra-lightweight bag from Amazon made by Izzo. It costs $100 and looks very decent, so stay tuned!
Cool review. Quick question about the dividers on the Ghost. Are they fully length? As mentioned earlier, would love to see your review of the Vessel Player IV (possibly both the regular and the Pro) as well as the Ping Hoofer Tour. I feel the Vessel, Ghost and Hoofer Tour kind of round out that upper end carry/hybrid bag section of the market. Also, subscribed to the channel.
Hey Ryan - the dividers on the Ghost bag are full length for the 14 way. For the 7 way bag I reviewed, there are three full length dividers between the wood/putter well, mid irons/low irons, and wedges. I am hoping to review both the Vessel and Ping Hoofer...heading out this morning to review the Sunday Ryder 23!
Thanks for watching! I didn't experience much club stick at all. The bag I tested was the 7-way divider so at most I had 3 clubs per compartment. Plus, there are three full-length compartments dividing the woods, mid irons, and wedge compartments so I found it really easy to get the clubs in and out. Hey great question, and thanks for subscribing! The insulation sleeve did a serviceable job, but because it uses a magnetic enclosure it's not going to keep drinks ice cold. However, you absolutely could slide an ice pack in there (plenty of room) and I believe that would do the trick. It's not going to do as well as a fully zipped cooler pouch, but it'll keep a water bottle cool and as far as cans go, if you drink them fast enough you'll be alright!

Great question - the material is a synthetic leather like you'd see in a luxury car, so it's very durable. You'd be able to wipe it clean of dirt and grass no problem and it should look great for years.
For sure...but steal like an artist, right? Check out Colin Landforce on Instagram (@landforce) if you don't already, he talks a lot about the manufacturers behind a lot of these brands. Interesting stuff.
Nice bag, but the problem is the price. 400+ for a carry 5 bag? Titleist has a hybrid 14 for under 300 with full length dividers. SunMountain had a hybrid 14 for under 200. I don’t care how nice this bag is, it’s not worth 400+! I read the pockets are small, and there’s not enough of them too.
It's definitely an expensive bag, that's for sure! I am going to review a SunMountain bag this season for sure, have heard great things about them. I didn't find the pockets on the Anyday to be small or limited at all....quite the opposite in fact. I thought there was ample room for everything I wanted to carry and appreciated the insulated pockets on each side. It did not have a full length compartment like you see on most bags so that may be part of issue for people. But overall a great hybrid bag for those with expensive tastes!

I currently wear Ecco biom hybrid 3 and FJ Pro SL. I prefer Ecco for walking and comfort. FJ provides better grip when wet.

As mentioned earlier, would love to see your review of the Vessel Player IV (possibly both the regular and the Pro) as well as the Ping Hoofer Tour. I feel the Vessel, Ghost and Hoofer Tour kind of round out that upper end carry/hybrid bag section of the market.

Hey Ryan - the dividers on the Ghost bag are full length for the 14 way. For the 7 way bag I reviewed, there are three full length dividers between the wood/putter well, mid irons/low irons, and wedges. I am hoping to review both the Vessel and Ping Hoofer...heading out this morning to review the Sunday Ryder 23!

The Velcro is so you can remove the pouch cover to get embroidered so you don’t have to take the whole bag

Thanks for watching! I didn't experience much club stick at all. The bag I tested was the 7-way divider so at most I had 3 clubs per compartment. Plus, there are three full-length compartments dividing the woods, mid irons, and wedge compartments so I found it really easy to get the clubs in and out. Hey great question, and thanks for subscribing! The insulation sleeve did a serviceable job, but because it uses a magnetic enclosure it's not going to keep drinks ice cold. However, you absolutely could slide an ice pack in there (plenty of room) and I believe that would do the trick. It's not going to do as well as a fully zipped cooler pouch, but it'll keep a water bottle cool and as far as cans go, if you drink them fast enough you'll be alright!

Great question - the material is a synthetic leather like you'd see in a luxury car, so it's very durable. You'd be able to wipe it clean of dirt and grass no problem and it should look great for years.

Nice bag, but the problem is the price. 400+ for a carry 5 bag? Titleist has a hybrid 14 for under 300 with full length dividers. SunMountain had a hybrid 14 for under 200. I don’t care how nice this bag is, it’s not worth 400+! I read the pockets are small, and there’s not enough of them too.
It's definitely an expensive bag, that's for sure! I am going to review a SunMountain bag this season for sure, have heard great things about them.
I didn't find the pockets on the Anyday to be small or limited at all....quite the opposite in fact. I thought there was ample room for everything I wanted to carry and appreciated the insulated pockets on each side. It did not have a full length compartment like you see on most bags so that may be part of issue for people. But overall a great hybrid bag for those with expensive tastes!
