Man I really liked the save-edge triangle files..they were really 6 sided n made a big side plate n really thru chips..took me bout 4 months of heavy practice during covid to become proficient at square filing..love to learn to make some gnarly race chain.

Hey brother, did you do a comparison of cutting speeds between stihl hexa and self made square ground 40-45 degrees? Which cut been faster?
I did not but i'm pretty sure a square file chain would be faster
