Thank you for these helpful snack ideas. I love blueberries and almonds but never thought to pair them up for a healthy snack. However, I do pair almonds up with some green grapes and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Becca I'd love for you to do a video on what organic means from the FDA and what not, like what it takes for them to say these gimmick tricks and words and what not that we find in marketing etc.!

An idea for ppl who don't like plain yogurt or yogurt with honey/maple syrup: add a teaspoon of your favourite jam (especially if it's a low sugar or home made jam!!!) that way at least you can control the amount of sugar going into it.

Becca, have you tried Triple Zero Greek yogurt? I love the strawberry and vanilla. The salted caramel is awesome too, especially if you add a tiny bit of sea salt on it! They are low in sugar and don't have anything weird in them.
I'd love to see a budget grocery haul (i.e. $20-25 for an entire week's worth of groceries). I'm currently in college and will be buying groceries for the first time and I'm afraid that my small budget will compromise my ability to purchase healthy foods. Thank you and much love!

Chloe Haweley, that is actually incorrect. She did say that, but NOT about Kind Bars. You're confusing Kind Bars with Clif Bars. On her "COSTCO GROCERY HAUL | Healthy Food Staples!" video she posted 8 months ago, about 2:30 in, you will see she says that about Clif Bars. If you keep watching, right after that she talks about Kind Bars, saying she eats them and likes them. She even says she thinks Kind Bars are definitely one of the better ones found on the market. Līna Sirsniņa, now you can be assured she is authentic and doesn't say it just for advertisement, sponsorship or $$$ :). That's an easy error to make since they're both protein bars and it was so long ago that she posted it. We should try to be cautious when we're challenging someones authenticity on social media. I'm not an RD like her, but I am a nurse and haven't found her to say anything that isn't true...and trust me, I am skeptical of most things haha :)

And be careful eating raw, whole almonds-they can crack your teeth! I'm paranoid about my teeth, so I never eat raw whole almonds or raw carrots. Halved or slivered almonds are best!
You should really learn about genetically modified foods before dismissing them. Most of the changes made are things that will happen through farming over time. GMO is good when used right.

Larabars are delish and clean, but very high in sugar from all those dates, so not everyone likes them on a daily snacking basis.
