CINNAMON CAMPFIRE
1 oz/30 ml White Rum
1 oz/30 ml Bourbon
1 oz/30 ml Cinnamon Whiskey
2 oz/60 ml Cranberry Juice
2 oz/60 ml Peach/Mango Juice
1 Tsp/5 ml Grenadine
METHOD
1. Add the rum and cranberry juice to a shaker and shake for 8 seconds with ice.
2. In a second shaker add the both whiskeys and the peach-mango juice and shake for 8 seconds with ice.
3. Pour the grenadine into the bottom of the mason jar and then fill with ice.
4. Pour the Rum and cranberry mixture into the glass.
5. Slowly pour the whiskey peach-mango mixture so it layers on top.

David, your mistakes (dropping lids, ice, fruit, almost slicing into your fingers, etc) with the strength of a thousand cocktail shakers is what makes your cocktail channel a favorite. Keep it going, brother.

I can't do Lamb's rum but I know lots of people will love this kind of cocktail! I have pretty much switched to excellent scotch neat once in awhile! Sweet drinks just don't appeal but I know tons of people do love them! It's just my preferences that have changes! Good 100% Rye at a higher ABV is lovely in cocktails, Suze, A good Bourbon (not too sweet!), cognac. I love the stirred classic cocktails - the ones that Vino loves!! Lol! Hope you are super well David!! Oh a good Martini or Manhattan or Vieux Carre are must haves at times! Great video!!🙂
