I have sciatica in both legs pain in both ankles too with lower back pain and spasms I have an L5/S1 L4 disc bulges for about a year or so what are the best techniques to repair this and or will it ever heal on its own?
@neitherhereorthere7131, I answered a similar question above so I will repeat it here because it is relevant to your question. I believe discs could heal on there own but it could take and if it doesn't heal, then it becomes a chronic problem which prolongs recover. This is my approach as a corrective care chiropractor: staring with identifying the root causes of the bulging disc and sciatica leg pain and correcting that. It could be an alignment problem of the lumbar spine, an abnormal global misalignment of the spine in the coronal and sagittal plane, a sacral / pelvic imbalance, an anatomic short let, just to name a few. A corrective care chiropractor would be able to help you this. Once this info is obtained, then the corrective care chiropractor can then prescribe a corrective care treatment program to address those causes. In correcting the root causes, the aim is to remove the abnormal pressure an stress on the disc. When this occurs, the disc then has a chance to heal. As you can see, it's not a simple answer. But getting a thorough spinal evaulation is the start.

Thank you Dr. Your videos have really been helpful for me. Is there a long term solution to correct L4/L5 bulging disc? Burning radiation is really uncomfortable due to the job I do.

I cannot treat you remotely like this. It’s best that you get checked and get treatment locally in your town.
