How to make Southern Chicken Casserole

Southern Chicken Casserole
3 Cups Rice (uncooked)
2-3 lbs Chicken Breast
2 - 12oz Cans Cream of Chicken
4 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese
1 Cup Heavy Cream
Seasoning Mix for Chicken:
equal parts Salt, Pepper, Garlic & Onion Powder, and Paprika
Cook rice in rice cooker or on stove. Then cut chicken in half so it cooks quickly. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Then cook chicken - once rice and chicken are done pour rice in bowl and cube chicken and then add remaining ingredients, (mix well) spray pan with non stick spray and put in oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until cheese starts turning brown and melted completely.

Maria I shop at aldi, and Sam’s. Main line grocery stores will be $4 per lb to $4.50 per lb which is around $10 to $11 for 2 lbs but the two mentioned are much cheaper
