20 years ago Chitoka was the best daycare/preschool provider my kids ever had. She & her mother were the nicest people with big hearts. Came across this video by chance. Hate to see this. Wish her the best with the weight loss journey.

The moment when she was in the rain and she said...

That moment was so wholesome yet saddening
It’s crazy because the energy she put in walking back to the door is the same energy she could of put in getting to the car but it gets better over time
She just needs to practice this. Take more steps than the previous day, and overtime she'll be on that van. ^_^
But once in the car she would have rested. Walk to the doctor's then rested...back to the car and rest. Why does it take a whole day to rest after you walked half way to the car!

@@robr268 It's because she hasn't moved in years. Just a little bit of walking is a sudden amount of execise to her. The heart and limbs will be under an intense amount of pressure and just a little bit of walking will leave the muscles aching after such a long time unused. I just joined the gym this week and I'm no where near her size but over weight and how quickly my joints ache is vastly quicker and for longer then when I use to be fit and work out.

just do it at the morning or at specific time and the rest of the day you're gonna rest.

Black100 I work at a farm 10 till 5, 3 times a week, I'm at the gym doing HIIT and Bootcamp classes 4 times a week, take my dog out for a walk few times a week aswell as cook and clean in the house. I eat salad, fruit and veg daily and drink 5 pints of water, it's just what I snack on is stopping me too lose weight, which I'm trying too get control of.

My dad is overweight/obese. I always walk super slowly (I'm naturally a speed walker) when I walk with him, because I realise that he's carrying a couple hundred extra pounds around wherever he goes. As fit & active as I am, I'm not as strong as Chitoka. I could never carry 400 lbs from her front door to her driveway, or even halfway without wheels. The fact that she could carry so much weight as far as she did impresses me. She's a STRONG woman! I wish her luck in her journey. 👍🏿👍🏻👍🏾
