Hi Guy’s! Wonderful advice! I have a quick question, how do you find your cleaning staff and maintenance man when you are managing your properties remotely? I’m very eager to expand but I am also very ocd about how clean I expected my properties to be and how the beds are made and for those reasons I’m not sure how to find a good cleaning solution. Thank you for this! I'm shopping for my next airbnb and I put an offer in one that is 5 bed and sleeps up up to 14. I've never had one this size, and I'm wondering if I should buy 2 washing machines and dryers or maybe just an extra dryer like you suggested. I also recently changed out my smoke detectors to the 10 year type, so I'm hoping that's one less item I need to worry about on a regular basis.
I have accidently taken a pillow and left mine behind. Once I discovered this I immediately called owner and offered to pay for the pillow.❤

Yes - Spent lightbulbs, suitcase scuff marks and empty propane tanks are the bane of my existence. 😜
