It's very easy to find out the chords by ear. It's not a complicated song. Tabs are cute but I don't do that. If you try to learn by hearing you'll be able to learn quicker in the future and you'll develop the skill of learning a song by hearing it.
Quit the tabs, you'll be a much better guitarist in the long run. Wish you the best.
