    One of my two identical cameras started sending a pic at the top of each hour and won’t stop until it runs out of pics in the plan. I haven’t changed the settings and they are exactly the same on the second camera, suggestions?

      @@Spypoint yes every hour on the hour it takes a pic and sends it. Just an empty room in a locked up building with no power or anything inside.

    From what I have read, these are low glow cameras. I can't find any photos or videos showing how bright or not bright the LEDs are at night when taking photos.

    Just to clarify because my hunting buddy and I are hearing/seeing two things. For the schedule (in the manual states) "The scheduled start and stop times
    determine the hours when the camera is active in detection mode and can take photos". In the video, you said you can use this scheduling feature to set downtimes. I understand your comment because setting an active schedule also means you are setting certain downtimes which is great. But can you confirm start and end is related to the active, taking pictures and anything outside of the start and end times is downtime, not active, or not taking pictures? Thanks

      I am having the same problem. The entered times seem to be when the camera does operate, rather than when it does not. Presents a challenge when you want it to work all night, since that spans two days (evening of the first day into the morning of the second day) and 2 schedules cannot be entered for a single day (morning hours than evening hours of the same day).

      Did you find a work around? I could use help. Tech support is lost too. I believe too that it only allows for you to modify when the camera is on not off as it originally did.

    Could someone tell me what camera model this is. I have a flex G-36. I want to set it up so it is inactive at night and active from dawn till dusk. The G-36 does not have this advanced schedule set-up, and i can not figure out which model does.

      Hi Tim, the FLEX series cameras do not have the feature of a custom setting. This feature is available in our Link Micro series. And we're happy to pass this feedback along to our team meeting so our developers can look into having it included in the future.

    I have nothing but trouble with my spy point trail camera. I currently cannot get it to send me pictures again. I may have to try a different brand.

    What about when you change batteries an it quits sending pics to your phone

    Why would you change the ability to set down times for your cameras? SPYPOINT you have dropped the ball on this one. For a year and a half if I wanted the camera off from 10 am to 6pm I’d just put that in on the day I need. Now it won’t accept that. Instead the camera will run from 1200 am to 10 am and there’s not an additional box to tell the camera to restart at 6pm and run til 1159 pm, leaving a camera inactive for hours. Your new update is so confusing now three tech support persons can’t tell me how to power the camera off from 10 am to 6pm. SPYPOINT please stop changing the software interface without telling your customers. Not a good way to do business. Also please explain it to your tech people too. Get your developer to fix this ASAP please. They missed the mark messing up something that worked.
