It very well may be the BEST keyboard case with trackpad for these iPad models and I am very impressed with what you get for just $150!

Noah Herman I found out it was a software bug where some keys don’t work! Easy fix is if you manually select the hardware keyboards language. I had the same problem after updating to the latest OS. Hope this helps!
does Paperlike have a case for the KOBO 2013 Tablet?
Paperlike isn’t shipping their product for a month. They ran out of materials to make the product. I ordered a screen protector three weeks ago and still haven’t been notified it has shipped. It’s unethical to advertise for a company that can’t deliver the product it sells.

Hi, my quick review of Logitech Touch Combo. I’ll start with con’s:
- set with iPad 7th gen. is quite heavy
- keyboard some times after wake-up/open don’t work and you need to reattached to smart connector, it is happening 6 out of 10 times.
- the lack of CAPSLOCK key led or sign can be irritating.
Pro’s:
- good quality
- good protection
- very intuitive trackpad gestures for mac users
- good holder for logitech Crayon

Hi just checking whether the version for 7th gen will work for iPad Air 3 since in my country they are only selling for the 7th gen. when I asked the sellers was told that it will only works with the 7th gen. kinda weird since it is using smart connector with similar dimensions. Thanks
Mohamed Nizam hi ! If I’m not mistaken, the dimensions of the whole device are different. Hence, there are different versions of the accessory.

Having the extra toggle keys (like brightness, volume, etc,.) is a big plus, especially if you don't want to touch the screen to adjust brightness or volume.
The magic keyboard lacks that.

I use this case for my iPad 10th generation. I didn’t have the money for the Magic Keyboard folio so this was definitely the next best thing

Great video. I just picked up this case today, I know what you mean about the bulk/weight, I kinda like it though. Feels a bit more solid and the texture of the material is grippy.

Hey Noah! Love your videos. ❤️ Just wanted to say that the issue with the apostrophe key is from software, you need to change the keyboard settings to the US setting. I’m using an old version of logitech keyboard for the 10.5 pro, the solution did work.

I’ve had this keyboard case for a week now and I think it’s amazing!
I have a surface pro 4 and just got a12.9” iPad Pro.... to me the perfect device would be the iPad Pro in the body of the surface. Camera on the long side, but in kickstand and detachable back lit keyboard running iPad OS.
I just ordered this & I'm waiting for it now. I hope it will be better than my Smart Keyboard
Great that it has function keys.. the 300£ plus apples magic keyboard hasn’t got them. But that float aspect on the Apple one is really awesome!!
I remember hearing the apostrophe bug was an issue on apple’s end and is being fixed with a software update soon
That’s good to know. Also for me, the pipe-backslash key does not work either.
There is a keyboard setting to fix it. Change from automatic to US and it's fine
Supposedly you can go to Settings > General > Keyboards > Hardware Keyboards and change the region from Automatic to something different (the person on Reddit was in the UK and said they set it to British, which fixed the keyboard). Noah, maybe you can fiddle with that and see if you can get your keyboard's apostrophe key working? Nice video! Well presented.

It's interesting that you mention that the apostrophe key doesn't work. I have the logic slim combo case for my ipad pro 10.5" and it also doesn't work. The keyboard was fine until recently. I'm guessing it must be a software issue.

For anyone wondering the apostrophe key does work, and if you tilt the iPad towards you if you pick it up really fast the keyboard won’t detach. Take it from me I have one, whoever is reading this have a nice day
The apostrophe key does work on the Logitech combo touch keyboard, you just have to change the default iPad settings under Settings -> Keyboards -> Hardware Keyboard -> English (US). Example: ‘ ‘ ‘ ‘ ‘ typed on the Logitech combo touch.
Actually i also had a logitech woreless mouse which i bought for $16 and its alkost 2 years and run flawless

Not hate I would probably film the segments where you talk to the camera further away, seems too claustrophobic. Maybe just hold your phone out further or set in on a tripod and record yourself while sitting down or something?
I try my best but I have to crop in 115% to fit the aspect ratio. Shooting on my iPhone is so convenient but I plan on shooting my a-roll with a proper camera soon 😂
Noah Herman I would stay on 16:9; 18:9 isn’t good if you’re on an iPad, computer, or phone with a notch/cutout (like my phone).

The fact that it has a detached keyboard is amazing as I use the apple pencil a lot.
Why does the new iPad Pro have like the iPhone 11 Pro Max camera
it has Wide Ultrawide and LiDar scanner and it does look similar
its a gimmick that most people will barely use, unless you're an architect/interior designer, etc. The 2018 camera was more than good enough for taking pics of documents which is what most people will use an iPad camera for.
You can fix the comma issue by going into your settings, clicking keyboard, hardware and make sure the keyboard type is U.S. not automatic
Somehow i dont think Apple is going to permit anyone to make an iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 with smart connector. They already handicapped third party mouse/trackpad accessories. They basically gave Logitech “leftovers” for the less speedy apple customer. Do a search on latest updates to iPad OS when it comes to third party wireless trackpads and mouse. There is a particularly interesting video on the performance degradation of of the Microsoft Touch mouse’s scrolling. I also suspect that Brydge’s trackpad is not going to get the benefit of any impending trackpad improvements either

The best iPad keyboard case design was the Logitech CREATE Folio for iPad Pro 9.7! The should really design a CREATE Folio for iPad Pro/Air 10.5!

I got the keyboard for mi iPad air 10.5 or 3rd generation air, it is useful for me because you can use the keyboard to write and then at the same time a little drawing with the pencil while you use a dictionary or look for information on safari. You have light on the keyboard, you can adjust the light, the volume if you hear something and then use the shortcuts while writing which is useful, so i recommend this keyboard more than apple one because you have the trackpad which you can use to switch from app to app or surf on a webpage or document. I feel that the keyboard is more confortable than in my macbook air and i have to say that i have big hands while the iPad keyboard is smaller.

(edit: i really want to use this in class for notes i don’t like writing on paper when i got something wrong i have to redo the whole page these seems helpful.I am confuse which i should buy the Logitech combos for Ipad Air2 or Non track pad,Only Keyboard Case. i don’t know which one it worth it for an Ipad Air 2).

I’m going to get this for my 10.5 iPad Pro but really wish they would do one for the 12.9 original iPad Pro and gen 2.
If you go to settings, keyboard and then select US it will fix the comma.
I have used a Bluetooth mouse and a Bluetooth keyboard on my iPad 6, but tbh I find the display to be too small for that kind of use, so ya this may look cool but u would probably want a bigger display than the normal iPad to use this and be satisfied in my opinion

This keyboard is offered with Apple’s blessing. It’s even on Apple’s website. They probably struck a deal and Logitech will not be making a competitive case for the Pro. I already have the folio, but man that trackpad looks so inviting .... dang it!

Hi Noah, I really like this video and I am thinking of purchasing one of these cases for an iPad 7th gen but I am unsure if it will block or negatively affect the cellular band and cellular connectivity on the iPad. Did you have any problems with cellular for your iPad and this specific case?
I like it, but it’s very thick and I don’t have a smart pencil so that thing looks silly when no pencil is inside.

How is the case still working after a year? Is it still functional or has it crapped out?
i have the same keyboard for my ipad 9th generation. It’s a great keyboard overall but my ipad gets scratches whenever i remove the keyboard because the side where the smart connectors are not covered.
For me this keyboard is a much more better purchase than the new magic keyboard because not only is it cheap but also it has function buttons which I believe the magic keyboard does not have which completes the PC-like experience.
i completely cringe when a apple device drops, but it was for research and that’s understandable. I can definitely agree and use a case with some back-lit keys, great protection, and well just everything, I can deal with it! It’s perfect. Idk if it's been said already but if you go into settings, general, keyboard, hardware keyboard, and then change the keyboard style from automatic to US, the apostrophe starts working again. I used to have the same problem on mine until I figured this out!

Bought this case for my iPad Pro 10.5 after watching this great review. After some use now, the keyboard is plagued with disconnection issues. I did hear another UA-cam mention this in this review but it happens a few times each day now. You open up the keyboard and expect to type but the iPad simply does not recognise the accessory. To fix this, you have to disconnect the keyboard and then attach it again to work. It’s quite annoying to have to do this and this is my second replacement from apple but this may have to go back. Have you noticed any issues with your one Noah after extended use
