Do you live near any asian/foreign supermarkets? You can find anything in there. But yes it’s easy to make from scratch :)

Looks easy and it sure is not. How do you manage to prevent the thin dough from sticking to the surface? Is it the material (marble or ceramics)?
just make sure you have flour on the surface you are working with, that’ll keep the dough from sticking

you can fry those scraps up. Me and the Shih Tzus just ate a bag of won ton strips.
It's good no doubt but if you bake on pre heated flat pan lightly, it will become more crispy right after frying.

Dough should be soft that time wrappers won’t become hard and you need to kneed dough correctly more than 5 minutes to make it soft

No you don’t have to wait so long to prepare this. If you want wait for 10 minutes or You can start rolling after you kneed dough.
