AWESOME recipe man this was much needed. I'm making crab wonton and could purchase wrappers but I think making ANYTHING from scratch gives you the freedom to put your own spin on it.

Follow same measurement and method. You will surely get good wonton wrappers. For wonton soup use chicken stock cube while preparing soup. Total taste of the soup depends on the chicken stock u use. Thank you have a good day.

If I roll right after kneading, it was very difficult to roll. After 30min resting. It was a bit easier but I still couldn’t get 30cm x20cm sheets from quarter of the dough like you do and I rolled really hard. I don’t know what I am doing it wrong

All purpose flour means maida or white ata
Do you live near any asian/foreign supermarkets? You can find anything in there. But yes it’s easy to make from scratch :)

Add water gradually while kneading dough. Start with quarter cup and then go on adding as required. Thanks for watching video.

It's good no doubt but if you bake on pre heated flat pan lightly, it will become more crispy right after frying.

just make sure you have flour on the surface you are working with, that’ll keep the dough from sticking
