    AWESOME recipe man this was much needed. I'm making crab wonton and could purchase wrappers but I think making ANYTHING from scratch gives you the freedom to put your own spin on it.

    Thanks for sharing this recipe.....after kneading, I just run the dough thru my hand crank Pasta Roller. absolute Perfection! Italy and the Orient just compliment each other so well!

    I'm obsessed with wonton soup and I want to make my own and It's a nightmare to find wonton wrappers in the UK so I need to make my own. They seem super easy to make from the looks of your recipe so I hope that they turn out like this. I'll let you know!

      Follow same measurement and method. You will surely get good wonton wrappers. For wonton soup use chicken stock cube while preparing soup. Total taste of the soup depends on the chicken stock u use. Thank you have a good day.

      Do you live near any asian/foreign supermarkets? You can find anything in there. But yes it’s easy to make from scratch :)

    Thais came out SO GOOD. I surprised myself!! I did stop half way through kneading and just waiting a few minutes before proceeding made the dough so smooth and soft

    Really great video! Saw someone make wonton soup and making the wrappers seems super easy. Yay! Do you store them in the fridge in a tupperware? Should add flour in between so they don't stick ?

      I have stored in fridge.
      You can place butter paper in between to avoid them getting stick. Or you can try with flour also.

    Looks easy and it sure is not. How do you manage to prevent the thin dough from sticking to the surface? Is it the material (marble or ceramics)?

      just make sure you have flour on the surface you are working with, that’ll keep the dough from sticking

    you can fry those scraps up. Me and the Shih Tzus just ate a bag of won ton strips.

    It's good no doubt but if you bake on pre heated flat pan lightly, it will become more crispy right after frying.

    What was the point of the eggs ??? I watch 5 other videos and they didn’t use eggs and the wraps came out perfect without the eggs

      Egg gives good taste to wrap.
      You can skip egg if you don’t like it.
      Use fresh eggs to prepare this recipe.
      One week old eggs gives kind of smell to the wraps. Have a great day ☺️

      For a week you can store. I have done. But place parchment paper in between each sheets so that it won’t stick.

      Dough should be soft that time wrappers won’t become hard and you need to kneed dough correctly more than 5 minutes to make it soft

      No you don’t have to wait so long to prepare this. If you want wait for 10 minutes or You can start rolling after you kneed dough.

      Yes you can keep them in fridge but you got to keep either cling wrap or baking paper in between of 2. Otherwise they would stick to each other.
