Hey guys. So as a promised a few weeks ago I have a video using one of the UD Naked Palettes. So hopefully this will give some inspiration for those who own this palette and haven't touched it for a while.

Hey guys. So as a promised a few weeks ago I have a video using one of the UD Naked Palettes. So hopefully this will give some inspiration for those who own this palette and haven't touched it for a while. I personally am not a huge fan of this palette. 1. Because it only contains 1 medium matte shade 2. I feel like for people with dark skin color this is not really a nice palette 3. The pigmentation sucks. What are your thoughts on the Naked palettes? X
An Knook Ik snap de kritiek van mensen op de Naked palettes deels. Zijn er palettes met betere kwaliteit? Absoluut! Maar ook die stukken mindere pigmentatie hebben en zeker net zo duur zijn. Persoonlijk vind ik het niet zo'n punt dat er in de Naked 2 maar 1 echte transition shade is, want dan neem ik gewoon een oogschaduw uit een ander palette die ik er bij vind passen. Ik pak ook wel eens een tint van mijn Naked Palette als ik een look creëer met bv de ABH MR. Bij de shimmer shade moet je inderdaad wel je kwast natmaken, maar dat doe ik eigenlijk altijd; ook bij andere paletten. Ik heb begin van de week de Naked Heat binnengekregen en nu 1x kunnen gebruiken, maar ik moet zeggen dat er wel echt een verschil lijkt tussen de pigmentatie van de Naked Heat t.o.v. de eerdere en kan niet wachten om nog meer looks te proberen!

Love how you just worked with what you had and made it into something beautiful. I also agree this pallet doesn't have the best color selection & it's pigmentation can be better. But I own this pallet & it was the first eyeshadow pallet I ever owned. I didn't know to much about makeup back in 2011 and thought it was the best but now find myself not really using it. But this video made me want to use my pallet again. Thanks for sharing

I have problem with this palette as well. Probably because of my skin tone, all the shimmery/light shades look the same on my eyelid... I am very disappointed with pistol / verve they all look a dull gray on my lid.

The reason there is no matte shadow is because when it was launched (i don’t know it was like 6 years ago ?) no one was interested in matte this is just a question of trend...
