It’s very likely the plastic of the boots that might be making it take longer!! You also could’ve had more paint on it which would make it take longer as well
It’s because it’s a rubbery plastic compared to the harder plastic. It’s either not going to dry well/evenly or it’s going to take forever. Might stay sticky. Hopefully not.
The belt dried no problem and it’s made of the same material but thinner
@@Courtly_Jester huh, no idea. The belt is a bit more rubbery like the shoes. But they are different plastics. It could be a different reaction with it and the oil paint.

i think it could because of how you applied the paint on her boots, i think because you went back and forth and its a larger surface area you got more paint so its thicker and they just meant quick dry for writing, hence the small parts drying fine because you didn't go back over them (i think??) still shouldn't call itself quick drying if its taking that long though

Zombiexcorn just talked about the chrome pen in a short he said that he waits for more then 24hrs and I think in forms they say to wait a week

Yeah the only thing they ever changed for dolls was the characters’ heights
Not all plastics are created equal. The paint might not be jiving with the paint very well. Are you afraid of the paint chipping off the boots? With how bendy they are.
Maybe the reason the boots are taking long to dry is cause you pushed the pen in on certain parts
