I had a FULL HYSTERECTOMY years ago and went through the hardest symptoms with no hormone therapy and I was advised not to take hormone therapy by my doctor.. Would it still help me with certain symptoms that I have ,that I believe are menopausal? Libido and dryness, fatigue and mood.. being some of them
Hi ❤ can a Wild Yam cream be made at home from root powder purchased from a holistic shop? I would like to make it myself but it doesn't grow where I live so I am thinking of extracting it in an oil but can't really find any material about it. Would it be a good option? Thank you 💐

I've been told that wild yam increases progesterone. It's a balancing herb that takes estrogen down, allows testosterone to rise up, all 3 in correct balance. Good for women's 'hysteria', in times of stress and to help women's cycles reset, helping with conception. Does this sound right?
I wouldn't say that it increases progesterone. The important part is the balancing of the hormones.
Can you tell me the dosage for taking it for hot flashes and dryness, every other day. I have not found anything that has helped and I am going crazy. Would you know where I can get the wild yam?
