    😀 Hey guys, if you love working out with me you can now 'buy me a coffee' ❤️❤️❤️
    www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the Burn It Series of 4 workouts that are targeted to strengthen and define specific muscle groups. Using minimal equipment such as a stability ball and pilates ball, you will perform graceful toning exercises that will re-shape and balance all your major and minor muscle groups.
    In BURN IT Glutes and Thighs you will target your lower body with unique Pilates style exercises that specifically engage your glutes and thighs. You will be using stability ball against the wall to create a surface to push against in order to engage more muscle groups. You will see a table top glute raise series, an extended leg quad and lower abs series, an elevated straight leg kicks segment and some inner thigh and glute bridge work to finish. This is a fast paced workout with no breaks, so your heart rate will stay elevated and your muscles will be burning!
    Fitness level: Intermediate

    Got up later than usually today and was feeling sleepy because of the grey and rainy weather and decided to do a fit ball workout because they are always fun. This one turned out trully energizing.😂 I dropped my fit ball... Twice... On my face...😬😬 It woke me up right away. So if anyone out there ever feeling sleepy, just do this workout. It's gonna help! I can tell you! 😀😀😀 Thank you, Linda!

    WoW. That was so hard. I need to work on that but not after I did one of your rebounder workouts. Thank you for the creativity.

      This one definitely burns in new ways because instead of just squeezing the ball you are constantly pushing against it! 😀

    Even if it seems rather difficult to stabilise the ball, i'll give it a try!!

    Ive never ever thought to use the swiss ball in that way....the ball of foot movements are perfect for our mixed martials session....the ball of foot is used with out front kicks and for applying pressure with take downs and ground & pound control and defence....awesome video too...thanks again

      That's great to hear that these workouts are helpful across the many different styles of movement. I have a friend who practices jiu jitsu and he says that some of the exercises are familiar to him too. 😁

    You always find new ways to torture us 😂 That was tougher than I thought it was going to be!! My ball needed air this morning and I definitely put too much in so I'll let some out before I do this again. This was good for me because it certainly pointed out my weak areas. A few times I would lose focus for just a second and then lose control of the ball. I caught it like an inch before it fell on my head one time lol! Thank goodness only my dog was in the room. I definitely got a couple of good laughs at myself, and I know next time will go smoother. The way I see it, workouts that challenge your weak spots really improve your training. Thanks for a great workout!!

      Yes, it nearly fell on my head too. I have to put a bit more air in mine cause it was quite hard to roll up and down when it's not perfectly round 😁

    I lost control of the ball during the ab section and it bonked me in the nose. LOL Good but definitely challenging workout and very creative! Despite my little mishap I loved that ab section with the ball overhead. I felt an awesome burn in my rectus muscles! Tip for anyone wanting to avoid the nose bonking, after that I held the ball with the tips of my fingers very lightly in case I lost control of it again. I don't think it made it any easier and in fact by lifting my upper back up off the floor a bit I got some work in my upper abs as well as the lower with the leg drops and circles. :)

      Ha ha! Mine nearly dropped. My leg was quivering trying to keep it from falling 😊

    Amazing workout! I have a question: during the first part I only felt the burn in my quads and not in my glutes, is this normal?

    • @barlatesbodyblitz
      @barlatesbodyblitz  6 років тому +3

      Because of the pushing you will definitely feel it in the quads, but you might have to just lift a bit higher to activate the glutes 😁

    This was intense! Although I was not flexible enough for the one with the ball overhead! 😂 I even tried a bigger ball! Do you have an alternative for that one? Also, I was feeling it in my lower back when we had just our shoulders on the ground, is that okay or was I not keeping my core tight enough? I really tried to!! 😁

    • @barlatesbodyblitz
      @barlatesbodyblitz  6 років тому +2

      You can just do that sequence without a ball, perhaps add some light ankle weights. Feeling it in your lower back might be to do with core strength. If you put your hands under your hips to hold them up for that series it should help. Otherwise you can still do this series with your whole back on the ground. 😁

    I think min is too small , I can’t hold it against the wall

    • @barlatesbodyblitz
      @barlatesbodyblitz  6 років тому +2

      It might be too small or it might be a flexibility issue? If it is just the exercise where your head is near the wall then it could be flexbility. You can just do that particular series without the ball if you like?
