I laughed out loud a couple of times, especially when you said "that's what happens when you come up with routines in your head and don't practice them" LOL - you were suffering along with us - still in perfect form though as always!
Ha ha! Yes, I definitely feel the pain with you guys, but I have to make it look like I am not dying! There have been a lot of workouts where I totally had to grit my teeth and bear it with a smile 😀

It wasn't my most dedicated workout but was the funniest one so far! 😁 Linda, I'm just wondering if there's some kind of special glute or stickers probably or whaterever it is that can help get myself attached to the ball and workout! 😁😁😁😁😁I was just laughing and laughing all the way through the section where I was supposed to be lying on the ball with my belly and doing upper body exercises buuuut I was kind of sliding off every time I was trying to raise my arms up so instead of my upper body I worked on my abs by just lauging that much 😁😁😁. Thank you so much! An amazing workout!
Well, I’ve been defeated by this workout. I loved the arms work, but had to drop my weights after a while. But the quad work was crazy! I quickly dropped the ball. I really liked the glutes section too, and was able to do the whole thing. V. hard. Not cardio bc lots of balance work: this was strength and balance. I loved it and was v. challenged. I will come back to it, maybe I will eventually be able to keep the props longer :0)
fit ball workouts are definitely hard in a different way! It's a workout you can grow with. I am sure you will find it a little easier each time you do it 😁
Great!! Omg that quad work was absolutely killer lol. It looked so innocent. I love how well rounded this one is and the perfect length for me today. I'm obsessed with hip thrusts so I really enjoyed that section too : ) And of course, you know how to burn out the shoulders like no other. Thanks girl!!

haha! Yes, the ball can get a bit slippery. You could just put a towel on it to help you. Also, if you let a bit of air out it may help as well 😁

Yes, the ball really killed the quads. Even though it seems light, it somehow feels so heavy when you are doing some of these exercises! 😁
Only three pounds and my shoulders were on fire!! Then I traded it for water bottles was still dying!! Thank you for a great workout!!
