People applaud the pilots to express gratitude for landing them safely because the pilots have a big responsibility and it is not an easy task. And people in Kazakhstan always express gratitude this way when they fly a long way and of course come home KZ ❤
I flew Air Asia Almaty-KL-Bali-Perth-KL-Almaty. The screens were turned off on all flights and what was slightly inconvenient was this also meant the USB charger was also not working. However I found the flight comfortable the crew pleasant and it was good value for money. I have lived in Kazakhstan for 17 years, many changes for the better in that time.

This specific plane is better than other AirAsia planes, because it was meant to be for Philippine Airlines, but they cancel order and AirAsia buy instead. That's why the screen was not working, and the seat is more comfortable. Lucky for you.
I was just at the KL airport, the only things I really like are those lounges which I enjoy very much! Sometimes cues and lines are just too crowded with passengers,,,,, Kazakhstan shall be a nice place to visit! Cheers and be safe!
The place where you stay at Airbnb is quite scary from the entrance, but surprisingly, the room was nice!! Good job with finding a great new journey experiences which I would never do! Thanks for another great video!

Wow, actually, Kazakhstan is one of the first country i would like to visit in Central Asia being the most developed ( from what i heard ), They have nice nature scenery, Though i know , the people there speak Russian ( due to past - Soviet era ), and i have fascinated with Soviet rellics which they still can found up to this day. Then come to Kyrgyzstan. You will be pleasantly surprised. We have beautiful nature. Rivers, Lake Issyk-Kul and majestic mountains. Lots of greenery and delicious cuisine.
Their Oil production money is making positive infrastructure and road improvements in the major cities. Good thing you are going in the summer as winters are Brrrrrrrr! Flora if you buy boots there they are the warmest you will ever have buy.
