If you see the yellow ding on the enemies, if you punch them in there, it will do extra damage when you hit it

I downloaded the demo on Steam, but only got the Hobo dude boss fight and the tutorial. Is the one with the other bosses (Freezy Boy, etc.) on a different version of the game? Or am I just stupid.
Yes, there are other versions there the Sage Demo and the Pax west demo ( the most recent Demo).
