Field agent sucks. People look at you weird. That shit asks you to take pictures of parks and apartment buildings and shit. It doesn't even pay you half the time. The pay you do get, you have to wait like two weeks for them to process. It isn't worth trying. All those gig economy jobs suck, really

you actually just revealed how people make money: by doing thing others don't have time to do or don't want to do! think about all the things that fall into this category: dog walking, babysitting, personal trainer/motivator, lawn mowing/landscaping, cooking, finding the best prices, delivering, etc...and those fields will never be too crowded because most people don't have enough time or energy to do everythign themselves!

So helpful, thank you. So many of the “side hustles” are just us getting hustled unfortunately, good to know which ones work! I’ve tried Field Agent and gotten $5 just for taking photos of properties. Didn’t exactly get rich but it put some money in my pocket when I needed it!
i did field agent for a bit. they had a promo where they had like 10+ tasks at a few CVS's not even 2 miles away from me and i got a solid 50 to 100 bucks over the span of 2 days. good stuff

I was a Mystery shopper for a few years and it paid enough that my entertainment was covered. Then they changed it to not paying and giving gift cards and lotterys. The paperwork used to take about 3 mins to finish when I first started, then all of a sudden I am spending 4 hours on a 15.00 job. It was no longer worth my time. nope.. the book thing does not work either.

To me, money is a tool. I’ve worked so hard over the years to realize that if you don’t make money work for you, you can’t experience true freedom. I’m glad I found that out although it was later in life, but that marked the turning point in my finance.
Well, I've gotten into a plethora of assets with $73k spread across stocks (options and futures) for short term and index funds, and ETFs, for the long term. I've been investing with help from a pro fund manager, Herman W Jonas who oversees my investments. Now I sit back and reap my dividends while I just reinvest from time to time.

I'm am old dog and I'm not big on learning new tricks. After so many years of trial and error, I finally found what works best for me, both financially and emotionally.... and Herman is the perfect sounding board for me. He is far and away the best I have come across. He is all focused on teaching and making sure that I make profit. What more could I ask for?

I think of AI as a tool that will change the role for sure. But I don’t think it will replace Data Analysts as a whole. It will replace Data Analysts that don’t know how to use AI as a tool to improve their work
