you guys are having a blast & living the dream , you should take a ferry to the scilly isles ! camping is even possible , deffo worth a visit to all islands ! the weather is something else
Me and my missus just got back from 8days Van lifing in Alberta (Videos to follow), absolutely awesome, punts the UK in to the shade, so I salute any full time vanlifing couples, as its not the healthiest of environments and the levels of stress involved with two people living in a van together is enough to test any relationship. keep up the good work, we'll be heading off to Devon and Cornwall with the Van, Trailer and bikes next month....I do love it down there, when the weather is good.
7:21 hey Martha, Mitch dont forget to check your batteries when using shore power ,if the battery cells get dry it could really ruin you time on vacation .
Another good one, keep em coming, yer a brave lad Mitch, that climb looked sketchy as hell, great place to visit too, Martha your getting better every time, keep doing what your doing and you'll be an enduro champ in no time, enjoy yourselves and stay safe 👍
Hi Martha and Mitch, just watched your latest video, loved it. Mitch is so funny and his determination on his motorbike is great.Good Mitch replaced you, clutch.where you are staying in Cornwall, looks nice. Always look forward to your next video. It's great to see the weather quite nice. All the best Tim Melbourne.
This might help you with your clutch control Martha ... make sure you are able to reach the clutch lever comfortably, like very comfortably, you need quite a long reach to be comfy with the standard levers. Now, you can buy adjustable ones, but I've found that even on the smallest adjustment they are not much closer to the handlebars, so I always shorten and "tweak" the standard ones so that they are easier to reach, I shorten them so that I can get two/three fingers on the lever still, while the other fingers can still rest on the grip. The clutch is so light on these bikes that it can easily be worked with just two or three fingers. I cut the levers down in length, and bend them to where they sit comfortable to reach, you don't need to heat them up to bend them, although some will say you should, but think about it, if you crash the levers bend round double without snapping, and your only bending them slightly. I also do this on the front brake lever as it really helps "modulate" the brake and clutch accurately on trickier terrain. These's four of us ride CRF300's regularly, and once you get the clutch control sussed then the standard clutch is good enough for everything except long stints in really boggy and muddy terrain. Try to discipline yourself to either have the clutch engaged or disengaged as much as possible, and only slip or feather when you have to, I also notice that your pulling away in second gear all the time, this isn't always clutch friendly unless the terrain is right ? If you want any pictures of my levers let me know and I'll send some on your socials, of via email, stick with it, and ride safe guys 🤟
I did the south west on my speedmaster last year, It was beautiful following the coast down to Lands end, I cannot Imagine how cool it would be to take the TET all that way.
Great riding and no martha moments 💪🏻 That was an expensive clutch couldnt you reuse the steels? Love the determination mitch getting up the stoney hill 🔥
She's doing unreal! Unfortunately the clutch only comes as a pack with plates and steels... we would have had a couple more options if we weren't in a rush! Thanks for watching mate 🤙
Mitch, if you want Martha to gain confidence really fast on the motorbikes you really need to get her on an e-bike. They're a little heavier than a standard pushbike, but they can still put out 90 to 120nm of torque. It's a great way to transition onto a full on crosser because they're pretty good off road, I take my e-bike through all sorts and it just keeps going. With them being a lot lighter than a crosser Marv will have more confidence to throw it about and go over more challenging terrain. You could easily convert your bikes as long as there's room for the battery and controller. Me and the misses watch all of your videos and love them, you two are awesome.
Awesome video. Cornwall looks so beautiful! Martha you’re doing amazing with your riding! Glad you guys got a little bit of sun. Can’t wait to see where you end up next on your upcoming trip! 💕
Great video guys really looking forward to Sunday evening's awaiting your vlog. Great determination from you both when out riding especially mich doing that climb brilliant. Can't wait to see if you are traveling to a warmer climate 😅🎉 any way keep up the good work stay safe both of you best wishes Geoff and Samuel.
Good night Martha and mitch i love you and your adventures in campervan and on your motor bikes I love where you are staying in Cornwall I hope you are all well and enjoying your adventures in your campervan and on your motor bikes please keep your videos going on your you tube channel please say hi to me
Hay. Ye back with another video.. Great stuff. Really great video.z greet riding and great idea. Mitch may I ask what map app you’re using. ? And great riding on that steep rocky hill. Catch you soon… 👍👍😉
Guys, I grew up from 1 to 8 years old in and around Newquay. It is a beautiful place. What did you think of the little house on tope of the cliff on Towan beech? Any plans of visiting Lands End? Great vid as always.
Ah the joys of filming with gopro, when you struggle to get up something mega steep, and the camara makes it look so mild 😂 great job, bet that was pretty gnarly to be fair. Dude.
seems like it would be more fun if you drove to a particular area then explored on the motorcycles that way you sleep in the van with the occasional night in the tent. maybe spend a little more to get a higher performance clutch that will stand up to more abusive riding or a reclusive clutch but those can be tricky automatic shift kinda of, still use your foot to shift but no shift lever. ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ
That's what they've done as you can see they're in the van. A Rekluse clutch is expensive and I don't think it's worth it compared to learning how to use a clutch properly and having total control
This is what we've done on this trip, next video is a camping trip from this campsite for one night. Clutch performance is improving a lot since the burnout and we've already spent all the ££ on a new one so won't be switching any time soon, appreciate the feedback though.
you are definitely living youre best lives .... health is wealth
Well done you too. You look like you’re having fun. I’m glad Martha is enjoying herself as well as you Mitch. She seems to be riding really well now.
thank you so much!
What a lovely place!! Thanks for taking us along!! Always exciting to see your adventures!! 🤩🤩❤️

Steve from Australia - have you ever thought of fitting a Rekluse auto clutch to the bike - eliminates clutch work and no stalling. Just a thought.
