So glad to hear it could help! I've also got a more specific video on freckles and one for skin nodes if you ever wanted to check them out! Goodluck with your character and thanks for the comment!
Thank you for you kind comment. So the method I use to create my characters is to use a free software called makehuman, which gives you a character with perfect topology and UV unwrapping. I then edit this character within blender to give it a more stylised look, which allows me to use the original UV unwrap the character came with. Here is a link to one of my first videos were I go over the process. Apologies for the slow pace and editing. ua-cam.com/video/6odb4p-Rz5k/v-deo.htmlsi=USrMzbjJqQXDqtuf Sorry this was a mouthful, I hope it helps.
Damn, how did I miss this one? Wth with it bell not working. As a 2d artist I see some similarities in how I paint and how you compose the skin(tips about bloodflow ans stuff). That's a really nice tutorial!
It's about time Jony! I was wondering where the heck you were man haha!?! 😁 Hope that Bell starts freaking working! I've also heard the grease pencil on blender has a lot of appeal for 2D artists, I'm not super familiar with it but I know there's A TON of videos on how to use it.
Hii hobby is me karla I wanted to ask how do you rig your character to give them those amazing poses do you create manual rig or do you use plugins for your riggings also if you using plugins can you tell me which ones you use ? I have some character but havent figured out how to pose them yet
Long time no see :) Here is a link to a video I made about rigging my characters. I believe this is the easiest fastest method with decent results, I have used it with every single character I've made. ua-cam.com/video/ioPxfjM2kv8/v-deo.html Here is another way to rig character that I know A LOT of people prefer over my method. ua-cam.com/video/-VGJJVcLfy8/v-deo.htmlsi=cVtIWqpgFH4LKxIz

So glad it helped

Thanks so much, glad you think so! :)
Fantastic work! This is the exact kind of video I was hoping to find seeing as I have to texture my own stylized female character.
