I used your method to cook chicken and mushrooms rice in the rice cooker. It smelled and tasted so divine, ended up I ate the whole pot by myself. Thank you for sharing your expertise.
the mince meat will be dry without Starch flour marinate, I would add small amount of flour then usual . and add the mix mince meat on top of the rice much later , NOT mixing with uncooked Rice ! all the meat flavor still be l absorb into the rice when Mixing at the completion . beef meat don't need to be 100% cook, I will cook in the same procedure with chicken in smaller pieces but NOT with PORK !
