I had ACL and meniscus surgery 2 weeks ago and let me tell you that these massages are amazing for my pain before during and after i do my physical therapy.
wow! Mum did it almost 81 terrible pain and stiffness in her knees, convinced its the end, and we did this exercise together, she stood up pain free, wow, I am over joyed Thank you so much. we are going to do this all the time now.
I skied semi pro for years.....then became part of the RESCUE TEAM....we created avalanches on purpose.....so my knees have been abused for 30+ years. Have had a partial replacement on L knee...and a blown meniscus on the R knee...and tore tendons and ligaments....so stiff and sore knees became 'normal'. Your knee exercises have really helped both knees--without being too aggressive....your opening the joint WORKS! Thanks for your efforts....I appreciate all the info.....keep up the great work.
all i can say is wow!!! i did dis once on each knee and my left knee was injured a little bit and wen i wuld walk i felt a little pain but when i would sit down i had to move my leg because it would hurt alot if i left it in one position... well i tried your video last night before i went to bed and im idiately it felt better and warm, so i tried it again with some ointment called atomic balm and i wrapped up my knee and now its the next morning and i feel 95% better... THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!
Good advice. I have a torn meniscus, very painful, severely restricting range of motion, and am awaiting surgery. I found almost immediate relief following this video. But I've also been taking meds and plenty of rest, which has helped.

ive tried hundreds of self massage and professional techniques for my knees as i have a disease called fibro mialgia which is basically your joints slowly turning to mush but this is the only one that relieved the pain so i could sleep at night thanks so much x
I am so happy this actually works! I always had problems with my knees at football until I did this. There barely is any pain and if I feel pain I barely feel anything. Nothing like the stinging pain in my knee I had before! Thanks a lot!

Yes my knee does feel better then when I started., I'm sitting here still feeling good thank you I shall come back when the pain gets bad...At the moment I'm rubbing CBD oil into my knee and taking a tiny drop every night before bed I just started a week ago and thus far I do feel less pain however mornings are worse so I think I will do this exercise as soon as I awake .God bless you for taking the time to share with others in the hopes of helping one ease their pain...It's been a few moments since I tried you're exercise and I still feel no pain This really worked ..Yippy!
This knee massage series is very helpful. Been using for abt 2 months and it's brought great relief since the first day. Obviously not a cure-all as I must keep coming back but I am a senior so not surprised at this. My situation is mostly muscular and tissue related. There may be a slight underlying skeletal deterioration, and I do lots of biking. BTW this situation is under my MD's supervision. Tx.

I have been having moderate knee pain for a while, and while researching learned that some times the source of pain is actually the muscles. While a doctor's advice is CRUCIAL for good treatment, massaging can really help relieve the pain. I have been massaging the painful areas using your guidance on a daily basis and the pain is becoming milder and milder

Thank you for posting this video. Did this while watching and for the first time in a long time I got out of bed in the morning without any pain in the knees. Absolutely amazing! This will be my everyday routine now on. I should also add that knee braces also work great! When this routine doesn't get rid of the pain I wear the knee brace for a few hours and I don't have any pain the next day.

hi there, I am 21 years old and am a very comitted squash player. I play about 6 times a week for long hours. I've been having knee pain but today it got HORRIBLE, i used your video and did the massage and wow, it was AWESOME!!! Alot of my pain disappeared. My question is should I be icing my knees right after squash? Also, which foods help knees because sometimes my knee gets really really bad! I had the same Surgery and used a product call Instant Ice Wrap. I bought it on line. It gave me 360 degree of cooling and compression. I usedthe product the day I took my big bandage off (2nd day). After I had my stitches taking out 5 days, I wrap my knee and rode the bike at the gym with no pain. My knee stayed cold the whole time and after I wa done riding I didn't have to sit down holding ice on my knee. I left the bandage on and could lift weights and finish my workout. I ran on the treadmill a few days later.

My knees are always clicking and giving me pain, ill give this a go as soon as I get home.
Amazing--did it on one knee and amazingly got instantly rid of foot pain. So I did other knew and same thing.
