    Oh my goodness, thank you for this. After tearing my ACL and MCL during my basketball game I haven't been working out. I just started again and my quads have been really sore from squats.

      Stewie G squats are the most painful when you start going back aren't they? I swear my legs were internally dying every time i moved

    See your knee series for main comment. Quads also an issue though knees are central. I do the quads at the same time and it definitely augments the benefit of the knee massage. Tx.

    When you have a bad quad pull, blankets hurt it. There was no way I was doing any of these.

      You should be able to do it without shaving. You might try it with a pair of pants and if neither works you could shave your thighs if you want to.

    I fucked up my ankle, now I can walk again and I have muscle imbalances causing my quad and knee to hurt, I can barely walk

      Personally , from my experience both have their own take , on the release of tension of muscles. Foam Roller surely helps a lot but Oil Massage also has it's own 😊 euphoria.
