Sainz to Williams seems like a big move. How five 'works' teams didn't get his attention but a team like Williams slowly moving up, does.
Who else thought he was going to Audi? I think a lot of people did. But it is what it is, and he's going to Williams to partner Albon, which should be a decent lineup. Depends on what the car is like.
