U guy's are focusing only one side that is customer side, not on worker's side i mean driver's side. If u have time please go and ask a driver how is ola for you. He will explain his problems and he will tell how much he is suffering from ola. Please focus on both the said.
If you dont like an employer, quit then. On the other hand ,it is a great job employer for many unskilled people. Those who driving ola cabs are unskilled and will struggle to find jobs. This atleast guarantees you employment.
I had my worst taxi experience on Ola only. Have written more than 10 mails to get this resolved. Instead of resolving my complaint, Ola focuses on spamming me with unsolicited calls and texts.
Want to give an update on ola service. Since morning 9 i m at ola showroom. Yesterday i received my bike after 4 months of waiting and today the bike is not working. I m waiting from morning and now showroom authorities are telling me some part is damaged and that needs to changed which will take 4 days. Worst service received from ola kasarwadi(fugewadi) pune. I request please refund me my money orlese i ll damage the bike infront of the showroom and responsible will be ola not me.

They always ask destination before ride on phone and cancel if driver don't want like taxi. It is harassments too much irritating on road and affect mental happiness. Ola cab service is now collapsing. Please rectify the issue asap.
Ola me maine 20000rs diya tha ola cab ke liye lekin lockdown lagne ke kard mujhe nahi cab mil paya nahi mera paisa ritan huaa pls mera payment ritan kar dijiye aap ke sabhi office band hai
Anyway Ola made Taxi travel affordable for common citizens. Yes, improvements can always be made in the system. It has saved a lot of petrol for the nation as taxi driver gets passengers nearest to his taxi and does not have to do empty run. Win Win situation for all three viz. Travellers, OLA Company, taxi drivers, Car mfg. companies, Bankers etc.
