    Is there a way to get a single value from a List, for instance; getting the first or third value in a List?

    When I use the Stats menu with large numbers, is there a way i can see the full mean and standard deviation, rather then just something like 7.8e8?

      If it's giving you the e8, that means its a really small number and your output is set to scientific. You can change the decimal output You should be able to change the output to be a fixed set of decimal values. In Stat Menu, choose SHIFT-MENU (Set Up). Scroll down to Display. You have the choice of F1 Fix, where you can set the number of decimal values to show. F2 will show the Scientific Values/exponential. If you change these, it should allow you to see them (though if they are really small, and you may not see them due to the place value you set.

    how do you do y=mx+b? with the list

    • @CasioEdTech

      You enter the list, and go into calculations and regressions (X). There are two choices - you want to choose ax+b (where a represents the slope, or m). A is used because that actually is the mathematical variable mathematicians use.

    Is their a way to delete the whole list of numbers instead of one by one in each row?

    • @CasioEdTech
      @CasioEdTech  3 роки тому +1

      Yes. Make sure you are on the 'home' screen of stats (so above the function keys is GRPH, Calc, Test....). Put the cursor on any element of a list you want to delete (so any point in the list, the List1 at the top, the Sub line....just be in the column for the list you want to delete). Click the F6 function (arrow for more options) - you should now see DEL-A above F4. Click F4 - it will ask you if you want to delete the whole list - Click F1 for Yes - the entire list should clear.
