Unrelated to this vid kinda. I was able to find the “sum parenthesis” thingy but where do you go to be able to type « sequence »

It looks like the syntax is:
Sigma( formula, name of variable, start, stop, step size)
Example:
Sigma(K^2 - 3K + 5, K, 2, 6, 1)

I found my casio calculator does not calculate square roots in the RUN-MAT mode. Am I being in the wrong mode?
