Analysing history is not simple or obvious . Neither is proving rights to land based on what is written in a religious text. Some thoughts. 1. Many traditional jews disagree with occupying that land. They assert that they must wait until the Final Day 2. One of the Ten Commandments is do not murder. Another is respect your neighbour. Another is do not covet your neighbours possessions.
